Hi David Bieber, we are not able to exactly replicate the issue that you're talking about currently.
Are you able to do a screen recording of this? And if you'd prefer it to be private, email it to support@enhance-d.com where we can pick it up and look into it.
Alternatively, are you able to give us some more details about whether you're logging it directly in the enhanced app or through a NovoPen syncing from an integrated app.
