Why do people use strava? to check their PRs.
PER ACTIVITY
Each activity should have a PRs relating to both exercise and diabetes.
Some examples...
For T1D
- "Congratulations, this is your best TIR for a 10km run"
- "Ooooh so close... this is your second most stable glucose levels on your metric century ride"
For T2D
"NICE! Your average glucose level was lower than ever before on your 5km run whilst still staying in range."
For All
- "Wahoo! This is your fastest 10km run"
These would encourage people to be more active and focus on control during these activities
PER WEEK / MONTH
For All
"AWESOME WORK! You've nailed 9 sessions this week, your best yet!"
